Itinerary For 2 days Marrakech tour to Zagora desert:

Day 1 : Marrakech to Zagora desert - camel ride and night in desert camp

Today, you will be going with Marrocos Tours, and after we pick you up from your accommodation in Marrakech, we will drive via the Tizi n'Tichka pass in the High Atlas Mountains. This pass is located in the middle of the High Atlas Mountains. Along the trip, we will go through some absolutely breathtaking countryside as well as some quaint Berber settlements. We break for lunch in the Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, which is the largest Kasbah in all of Morocco and is on the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. After lunch, we continue on to Zagora. As part of the traditional ceremony, you will be greeted with a cup of mint tea before going on a camel ride with an experienced guide. This will take place before the ride. The first night you spend in the desert, you will either sleep outside beneath the starry sky or inside a traditional Berber nomad tent. Either way, it will be an unforgettable experience. I am hoping that your trip from Marrakech to the Sahara desert is full of exciting and memorable experiences.

Day 2 : From Zagora to Ouarzazate and Marrakech

As we continue our trip of the Sahara desert in Marrakech, we will begin the day by paying a visit to a local Bedouin family after breakfast. Afterward, we will ride camels back to Zagora. Following our journey through Ouarzazate and the Tizi n'Tichka pass, we will make our way back to Marrakech, where we will arrive in the evening, bringing to a successful conclusion the journey that started in Marrakech.
