Itinerary For 8-Day tour from Tangier to Chefchaouen and Merzouga desert:

Day 1: Tangier - Chefchaouen

Today you travel with Marrocos Tours and after hotel pick up we departure to Chefchaouen - a town founded as a secret mysterious place from which to attack the Portuguese installed on the north coast. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2: Chefchaouen :

After breakfast you will have free program in Chefchaouen, holy city hung on the mountain , located within a natural biosphere reserve . Its streets painted white and blue , kind and friendly people , offer visitors beautiful urban panoramas declining precious samples of local crafts and a peace and serenity that is hard to find today . Overnight at hotel.

Day 3: Chefchaouen - Meknes - Fes :

Today we continue our tour to Meknes then Fes , imperial city. It is also one of the first holy cities of Muslim worship in Morocco and also has the pride of hosting one of the oldest universities in the world. In afternoon you will have free program to relax and discover old medina .

Day 4: Fes - Midelt - Erfoud - Merzouga:

After breakfast we leave for Midelt through the mountains and the cedar woods of the middle Atlas. We pass Ifrane, a charming ski resort and Azrou an important handicraft centre. We stop in Midelt for lunch and on afternoon we will drive to Erfoud via Errachidia and the Ziz valley. Then we continue to the sand dunes of Erg Chebbi for the desert tours. Dinner and overnight in hotel in Merzouga.

Day 5: Merzouga desert Excursion

Today we will have tour around Erg Chebbi desert, we will visit Khamlia village and listen to local Gnawa musicians. We can spend a night in desert camp.

Day 6: Merzouga - Erfoud - Fes - Meknes :

Today after an early sunrise, we will ride the camels back to Merzouga. Then we’ll drive to Fes and Meknes where we stay overnight.

Day 7: Meknes - Rabat- Asilah :

Today after breakfast we departure to Asilah through Rabat. We will visit the capital of Morocco. Here you can see the Royal Palace , the mausoleum of Mohammed V , Hassan Tower , the Kasbah Oudaya. In the afternoon we continue to the town of Asilah, where we will relax and stroll around a beautiful white medina.

Day 8: Tangier

After breakfast we transfer you to the airport or Tangier .
